Arielle is a Brooklyn based creative technologist and artist who has a background in communication design, interactive design, and physical computing from Parsons School of Design. She is completing her BFA in Design and Technology with a concentration in Creative Technologies, and a double minor in Data Visualization and Gender Studies. Arielle is also a licensed EMT in New York State.
Through her current work at The Giant Room, she is particularly interested in the process of bringing kids’ ideas to life through digital fabrication, such as 3D printing, laser cutting, and product design. She has led numerous children’s workshops on game design, fabrication, coding, micro-engineering, illustration, painting, and math.
Book an Expert class with her @ The Giant Room.Her personal work includes experimental live or web installation based digital explorations of self portraiture, queerness, her Latinx cultural identity, and mental health. She has had her work displayed at Babycastles NYC and also had an artist residency at Eyebeam.
